Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of centricon.io (the “Site”) and our text message program. The Site is operated by Centricon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Centricon AI (“Centricon AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request a demo, and book a call. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaks any law or regulation

  • Submit false information, or someone else’s contact details without their permission

  • Try to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems

  • Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

2. Information on the Site

The sample calls, demos, and activity shown on the Site are scripted illustrations of our technology, not recordings of real customers. Prices and plan features shown on the Site are for general information and may change. Your actual services, prices, setup fees, and terms are set out in a written proposal or agreement with us, which controls if it differs from the Site.

3. Booking calls and demos

Call bookings are made through Google Calendar and are also subject to Google’s terms. We may need to reschedule or cancel a booked call, and we will try to let you know as early as we can.

4. Text message (SMS) program

  • Program description: Centricon AI sends text messages about your demo request, call scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups about our services.

  • How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number and choosing text as your preferred contact method, or by otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from us.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.

  • For help, reply HELP or email founder@centricon.io.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belong to Centricon LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name, logo, or content except to view the Site for its intended purpose.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site links to or uses services run by others, such as Google Calendar. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centricon LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our text messages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Centricon LLC from claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
