This Privacy Policy explains how Centricon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Centricon AI (“Centricon AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit centricon.io (the “Site”), request a demo, book a call with us, or receive text messages from us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the demo request form on the Site, we collect:

  • Your name and business name

  • Your trade or industry

  • Your phone number and email address

  • The best time to reach you, your preferred contact method (call, text, or email), and your preferred language

  • Any message you choose to include

When you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, we receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and any notes you add. We also receive the information in any email or text message you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, basic technical information is collected, such as the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, your browser and device type, the referring website, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and contact you by the method you prefer

  • To schedule, confirm, and hold discovery calls and demos

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

3. Service providers we use

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:

  • Framer, which hosts the Site and provides basic site analytics

  • Google, which provides our appointment booking (Google Calendar) and the email and storage tools we use to receive and manage form submissions

  • Providers that help us deliver phone calls and text messages

When you book through Google Calendar, Google also processes your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and choose text as your preferred contact method, or otherwise agree to receive text messages from us, we may send you texts about your demo request, scheduling, reminders, and our services.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email us at founder@centricon.io.

  • Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are needed for it to work and to measure traffic in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

6. How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services, and keep accurate business records. In general, if you do not become a customer, we delete or anonymize your information within 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We keep a record of opt-out requests so that we can honor them.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
